Matthieu Totah (born September 26 1985), commonly known as M. Pokora or Matt Pokora, is a French singer and songwriter of Polish descent. Biography He was a member of the boy band Linkup created by the third French season of the popular reality show show "Popstars" in fall 2003. He released his first eponymous solo album under the scene name Matt Pokora a few months after the band disbanded and released the hit singles Elle Me Contrôle (She Controls Me), Showbiz or Pas Sans Toi (Not Without You). He was forced to change his scene name because of a lawsuit from French R&B singer Matt (aka Matt Houston), he now goes by the name of M. Pokora.
