For other meanings, see Mysterium Mysterium is the main yearly convention of fans of the Myst franchise of computer games, which was first held in 2000. It was originally a small group of fans who just wanted to meet face to face but as they invited more and more people the actual convention went from a small group to over 100 people showing up in Spokane, Washington at Cyanworlds' headquarters. Although Mysterium now takes some donations to help offset the costs associated with the yearly event, the event is free for anyone to attend and there are no registration fees or costs. However, you do have to pay for your own travel expenses.
