S.E.R. :

The Society for Educational Reform (S.E.R.) is a think tank and political
pressure group, which is dedicated to reforming the educational system of
the U.K.. It was co-founded in 2006 by Theodore Howard and Matthew Coulson.
It primarily promotes a modernist educational system, in which it proposes
that students are given greater freedom and responsibilities.
S.E.R. has been criticized by many Politicians for failing to gain any
support in parliament (a fact mainly attributed to the think tank's extreme
modernism). In fact the conservative M.P. Robert Key was criticized in 2007
by S.E.R. for refusing to return letters sent by S.E.R., which asked for
his support for a proposed shortening of the school week.
